Very Important:
This CDI unit is only compatible with scooters use a DC current which is generally for scooters built after 2008.
One way to determine if your scooter is AC or DC is to turn the ignition on and then test to see if there is a current at the CDI unit, if there is a 12v current at the CDI then it is a DC cdi unit, if there is no voltage then it will be an AC unit you need.
